2. Services

RestoreCleaning, LLC provides professional junk removal and garage cleaning services in Utah County. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, hazardous materials, or illegal items.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual volume or nature of the junk differs from the initial estimate.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash, Venmo, and Tap to Pay Card.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: You agree to provide our team with safe and clear access to the property to perform the requested services.

  • Hazardous Materials: It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any hazardous, toxic, or regulated materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, batteries). We reserve the right to refuse the removal of such items.

  • Liability: You represent that you are the owner of the items to be removed or have obtained legal authorization to have them disposed of by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

RestoreCleaning, LLC will perform all services with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including damage to property that was not disclosed or was inaccessible. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least [e.g., 24 or 48] hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $[Insert Amount].

7. Changes to Terms
