At RestoreCleaning, LLC, we take great pride in our work. We strive to provide excellent junk removal and garage cleaning services to our customers in Utah County. We want you to be satisfied with the work we have performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the quality of a service we have provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will do our best to address your concerns and, if appropriate, return to the site to resolve any specific issues related to the service provided.

Policy on Refunds

Because our services are labor-intensive and involve the immediate disposal or removal of items, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

By hiring RestoreCleaning, LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • Service Completion: Once our team has finished the agreed-upon junk removal or cleaning, the service is considered fully rendered.

  • Final Inspection: We encourage all customers to perform a walkthrough with our team before we depart to ensure the work meets your expectations.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the costs associated with labor, fuel, and disposal fees, we cannot provide refunds for work that has been finished to the specifications of the initial agreement.

Exceptions

In the rare event of damage to property caused by our team, or if a service was not performed according to the initial agreement due to an error on our part, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any potential remedies or adjustments will be determined at the sole discretion of RestoreCleaning, LLC.
